Returns and Exchange Requirements
If you change your mind about an item purchased on www.vidaactiv.com.au you are entitled to an exchange within 3 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements:
- Proof of purchase at www.vidaactiv.com.au must be provided
- All tags must be intact and attached
- Garment must be returned in original condition, unworn
- Simply email us first and we will get you set for your exchange
To obtain an exchange, the items must be returned with a completed “Exchange & Return Form”. To request a copy of this form email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Whilst we take satisfaction in our high quality production process, sometimes things can go wrong during manufacturing. Should this be the case, VIDAACTIV is happy to offer a full refund on the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds will be processed in the method as the original payment within 5 business days of VIDAACTIV receiving the return parcel. Notification will be automatically sent to nominated email address at the time of this transaction.
PLEASE NOTE: VIDAACTIV cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing time frames.
- VIDAACTIV will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
- Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
- For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review, we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.
- You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with your order
- In the event that your product is lost in transit, VIDAACTIV will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via registered post.
- We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
LATE AND MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
